Class Cancellation Policy
For one-to-one classes (including Online classes): If you can’t attend a private class and want to have it rescheduled, please inform us by 4 PM one business day before your class. This means that requests to reschedule a Sunday class should be made by 4 PM Thursday. If you fail to inform us prior to this time, we won’t be able to reschedule the class for you, we can only cancel it with no refund. But please do let us know in any case.
For long-term residents small group courses (two-to-one, three-to-one): We cannot reschedule any group classes unless the entire group decides to cancel. Same cancellation policy as above.
For JCA and MSA daily group courses: We cannot reschedule or refund individual lessons within the MSA/JCA daily courses.
Everyone: If you are more than 15 minutes late to a class, the teacher will be permitted to cancel the class and you will not be refunded.
Our schools are closed on certain public holidays. Students should check our course calendar online in order to plan accordingly.
