APARTMENTS
In Cairo, the most convenient and the cheapest solution is to rent an apartment. Ahlan helps its students in their researches and can book for them or can directly provide them an flat. In general, apartments consist of two double rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a furnished living room. Students are placed in these apartments based on availability.
Monthly rents for apartments in the downtown start around 600 €, then shared between the roomates.
For those requiring a single room, it costs 300 € and 150 € per person for a shared double room.
All utilities are included in the prices aforementioned. Towels and sheets are not provided.

* For those strict budget constraints, a small bed and breakfasts in triple room with common bathroom costs 5 € a night, per person.
